Terms and Conditions

Resin Management:

• We recommend thin pours to maintain silicone integrity and manage resin heat to prevent mold damage; follow manufacturer instructions for mixing and pouring.
• We recommend only casting resins. You should contact your resin manufacturer to verify the chosen resin will not damage your silicone mold. User errors that damage molds are not covered

Mold Care:

• We do not recommend using harsh cleaning agents or cloths to preserve the mold’s interior finish. We simply use dish soap and warm water, then softly dab water off with a soft paper towel.
• Do not use torch/fire on your silicone mold. User errors that damage molds are not covered

Returns and Exchanges Policy:

• Returns/exchanges are for manufacturer defects reported within 3 days of receipt; used molds ineligible.
• Exterior defects are not covered under warranty as the mold’s functionality is not affected.
• Please email us at customervalue@platinummolds.com with images of defects to initiate a return/exchange.

Order Cancellation:

• Orders may be only be cancelled for a full refund prior to shipment.

Duties and Taxes

• International purchases do not include import fees and taxes. You are responsible for paying for that upon delivery. Refunds will not be given for returned international products due to unpaid tariffs and/or taxes
